Architektonic are advocates of and experts in utilising the latest cutting edge active and passive systems for Environmentally Sustainable Design.  Architektonic utilises advanced 3D modelling software (BIM ¨C Building Information Modelling) for the design and documentation of buildings.  With its extensive experience in IPD - Integrated Project Delivery methodologies, Architektonic is able to consolidate Sustainability objectives into design concepts while analysing their validity, with a capacity to test a range of ¡®real world¡¯ scenarios quickly.  The integrated model approach provides Architektonic with a tool that permits us to create the design, implement sustainability initiatives, develop and document the design, help the construction team to build it, and then formulate a Facility Management strategy to manage the facility.  Benefits created including time and cost savings, and a result which is significantly superior to the typical building.
