The office complex was designed to accommodate the floodwaters which envelope this site every year. The natural environment itself presented a challenge as the soil and water quality was poor. The landscape therefore was designed to be integrated into the buildings both externally and within the atriums to clean the soil and clean the water creating a fresh water lake at the centre of the site. The site design included hotels, commercial offices, entertainment and housing sections.
