The 300,000 sqm residential complex is designed to represent birds flying near the water and also to acknowledge that the Great Wall of China meets the ocean in Qinhuangdao. The use of air circulation through single apartment width high-rise buildings, air funnels on the facade of the building, green roofs and green floors - open air vertical farms at intervals up the building provide unique ideas to ensure that the occupants comfort levels are maintained at all times.
